The Research On Humanistic Quality In Living Community Environment

With the progress of society, Housing and Human Settlements is becoming one of the main problems which are attracting more and more attention all over the world today. Under the development of economy and the progress of technology, as well as the introduction of new cultural idea, the construction of dwelling space environment in our country has got into a new historical period. The concept of"community"which has developed in time is becoming the mainstream of contemporary residential theory and urban design of living environment. When the housing problem and quality of residential environment have got extremely improvement and rise, people are paying more attention on the synthetic quality of residential environment including humanization, culture and socialization, etc, which makes the creativity of well spirit culture and living home become the new target of living environmental construction.From an angle of human's behavior and demanding, the paper, which to care about the urban settlements'historic continuation, the culture inheritance and research on the relation between society and space system of community environment, discusses the humanistic characteristic and substance contents of residents'ideal living environment in order to look for a harmonious development among human, society, environment.Viewing the present condition of dwelling space environment in our country, the paper first defines the relative connotation of"humanism", the concept of"living community"and its environment. Based on it, this paper dissects the aspects and elements that constitute the significance of humanistic quality of community environment. The key elements that influence the humanistic quality are clear definition and construction principle is set forth. Furthermore, in view of the humanism difference and development, when formulates the historical course of Sino-western residential environment, we could find out that discrimination and characteristic between their residential form and culture, especially the abundant ideal and culture in Chinese humanistic tradition which lead to unique living culture. Meanwhile, we can also deserve the advanced similarity under the modern background as well as the orientation and tendency. The construction strategies are set forth systematically. Finally, with the community and case study, theconstruction pattern system and some concrete design elements, approach and public participation mechanism are tried to put forward from the angle of space organization and social culture in community. This paper has fundamental research on the humanistic quality construction of living community environment from basic theories to practice so as to build-up the general theoretical framework and be certain meaningful to practice and guidance.
