With the expanding of power system scale and the increase of interconnection among system with power system scale ceaselessness , power network brings in economic benefits meanwhile brings in danger of voltage instability. Bring reactive power hierarchical voltage control of large power system into effective is important to ensure system work and improve voltage horizontal and prevents voltage collapse.In the dissertation, the colligate-sensitivity-matrix presented for dividing net wok area and chancing pilot-node. The matrix owns different matrix block which is control sensitivity of colligate-sensitivity-matrix to nodes voltage and control sensitivity of lode nodes voltage to other lode-nodes. The colligate-sensitivity-matrix presented can chance pilot-nodes after divide the electricity network applying clustering analysis.After Comprehensive -sensitivity-matrix is gained applying the generalized Tellegen's theorem, the part element is fuzzy in Comprehensive -sensitivity-matrix, divide system area applying the method of fuzzy clustering。In the course of dividing system area ,many problems is discussed such as amount of dividing area, unit of isolation nodes, unit of PV nodes, unit of sub-area, adjust of reactive store, the corresponding solving method is presented.After sub-area is adjusted, choose pilot-node according to Comprehensive -sensitivity-matrix Finally, simulating is carried out on IEEE-39 system. The result of simulation indicates that the method is reasonable and effective.
