Carbon reinforced silicon carbide(C/SiC) composite possesses higher and stabilized coefficient of friction, low wet fading coefficient of friction, good frictional and wear properties. Those can increase the brake efficiency and service life of the brake disc. Because of the excellent performance, it is becoming the most competitive brake disc. Brake disc of aircraft used to work under thermal shock and oxidation environment, so the C material will be oxidized remarkably. The oxidation will reduce the property of friction wear and thermalphysics. Especially. The oxidation will reduce the strength largely. Bacause of the lower water resistence, the research of anti-oxidation problem of the C/C-SiC brake material is in using. The coating structure and the preparation process has been optimized in the main body of this paper. Obtained outstanding defending against of oxidize; Have analysed oxide dynamics and oxide mechanism of bare samples and coated samples of C/C-SiC; Have discussed the effect mechanism having an enamel and have become inactivation mechanism. Study content and result mainly as follows.1. Oxidation behavior having been studied of C/C-SiC aircraft brake material is in 500 ~ 900℃. The results indicate that the sensitive oxidation temperature of C/C-SiC aircraft brake material is 700℃. In 700℃ static state air, weightoss rate is about 6.1% for 1 h, weightlessness rate amount to about 40% for 10 h. In 700°C below, weightloss rate are less , the power-up following the temperature at present is prompt enhance; Oxide weightloss are bigger above 700℃, follows the temperature power-up to enhance slowly .2. Having studied the structure and function of boronsilicate glass coating by sol method. The results indicate that the boronsilicate glass coating is compact, entire, and is composed of homogeneous stability homogeneous. In no seawater condition in static state air, having fairly good defending against oxide functions , weightloss rate is about 11% in 800℃ for 10 h; While under seawater condition reduce obviously, weightloss rate is about 25% in 800℃ for 10 h. The thermal shock of the coating is fairly good , 2 mins , in the air 800℃ (?) 3 min room temperature for 50 time of circulation , the weightloss rate is about 2.44%3. Having studied the structure and function of boronsilicate glass coating by...
