By the applicable background of making and repairing the blisk of the new titanium with linear friction welding (LFW), this thesis is about the simulation of the whole evolvement process with heat and force during processing the same titanium alloy with LFW, which provides direction for processing the blisk with LFW machine.The research mainly contains several aspects as follows: measure and analysis of interfacial tribology property of titanium alloy; simulation of the distribution of temperature field, stress field and strain field during LFW; deducing the correlative parameters of heat and force in processing quadrate titanium alloy by LFW.The high-temperature mechanics parameters are gathered through the high-temperature experimental machine and the tribology property of titanium alloy during LFW process are gotten by analysis; The statistical equation of friction coefficient and the gathered datas are established through study on the tribology property in the LFW process and comparing with correlative experiments; Also the friction coefficient expression on initial friction stage and stable friction stage are deduced, which will lay a theoretical foundation for establishing the model of generating heat by numerical simulation of temperature field during LFW process.By ANSYS, synthetically considering geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and solution of finite element contact and the question of evanescence heat conducting, a three-dimensional elasticplastic FEM model is established, simulated and analysed in the method of coupling of heat and force and finite element, In addition, we focuse on analysis of different mechanisms of heat generation and rule of transformation in the friction welding process and make a preliminary analysis of the welded region. Synthetically considering property parameters of welded workpiece (E,σ,λ,ρ,C) and the welding parameters of norms which is set in advance (axial pressure and average temperature), the regular of changes of physical parameter fields (temperature field, stress field and deformation field), a numerical simulation is made for the LFW process, by which the regular of distributions and variations of the frictional surface temperature, axial temperature and compressive stress are obtained.
