The convection heat transfer effect of the jets impingement surfaces is very strong. So it is used for the design of inside cooling of the high temperature parts on the high-powered gas turbine, especially in the anterior edge and middle chord region of turbine blade. And that because of the confine of configuration, it is been used to the inclined jets impingement for strengthening heat transfer on the inside cooling channels. In this way, not only using the characteristics of the impingement strengthening heat transfer, but also forming swirl flow in the inside channels because of inclined jets impingement, this is advantaged for the heat transfer effect on the surfaces of the inside channels. Based on this background, this article design a inside cooling trapezoid channels model with transverse flow, pump flow and inclined jets impingement. The heat transfer characteristics is investigated on the inclined jets impingement target surface and parietal pump holes wall with numerical computation and experimental methods. The study of the strengthening heat transfer characteristics will be carried through on the other inside surfaces with the effect of swirling in succession.The effect of transverse flow, parietal pump flow, jet Reynolds numbers and jets incidence angle is investigated on the local convective heat transfer characteristics of the inside channels with numerical computation and experimental methods. The major conclusions of this study are following:First, there is very different to the heat transfer capability of the different regions on the target surface because of the jets flow, the effect of the transverse flow to the heat transfer capability of the target surface is strong, especially on the down regions. Transverse flow lowers the effect of heat transfer, but the extent decrease as the transverse flow increase; The effect of transverse flow on the local convective heat transfer characteristics of the target surface is accordant under the same jet Reynolds numbers; The using of strengthening heat transfer of transverse flow increase as the jet angle increase.Then, the pumping action of parietal effluent flow and the swirl flow of the inside channels make an important influence to the parietal pump holes wall's heat transfer capability. The debasing of parietal pump flow lowers the effect of heat transfer; The pump holes wall's heat transfer capability increases as the jet Reynolds...
