Detection Of Insulator State Based On Computer Vision

Patrolling transmission lines by person plays a primary role on power patrolling work by now.While with the appearance of the high-voltage,high-power and long-distance transmission line,the geographical environments the lines go through are more complex,which makes it necessary to use helicopter when patrol the lines to meet the need of the electrical development.Part radiation and visible-light-malfunction can be found in flight-patrol. In this paper, a method baced on the computer vision to detect the visible-light-malfunction is put forward.,which can be used to analyze the images screened on the helicopter after the flight-patrol.In the method,a mathematics model is established and the R,G,B values of the detected image are calculated to attain a result with the means of fuzzy comprehensive judgment.In addition,an idea of combining GPS/GIS/DV called G-G-D method is put forward.
