The topic is part of our laboratory's 3D interactive content authoring system Tyr Builer Project. The vision of this project is to achieve the great ability in game's authoring and virtual reality's editing. The topic focuses on the vehicle dynamics simulation, achieving the goal of authenticity is the target of the topic.The main part of the paper includes: automotive structural analysis and the analysis of vehicle dynamics, vehicle dynamics includes engine mechanics, Transmission system mechanics, braking system mechanics, suspension system mechanics, Motor resistance and so on. For engine mechanics, the topic focuses on the vehicles characteristic curve, and uses interpolation method to get torque value in certain rotation speed of the engine; For Transmission system mechanics, the paper gives a detailed account of the clutch's friction torque and the torque's transmission by the reducer equipment, then given a reasonable calculation of the torque; For braking system, the paper focuses on the braking force coefficient and slip rate and the relationship between them, and uses the method of function fitting to get the ground braking force; for the suspension system, the paper simplifies it as a spring monomer, and through the Hook's law the paper gets the force; For Motor resistance, the paper separates it as the air resistance, rolling resistance, uphill resistance to analyze.Then the paper gives a vehicle model, and describes the interaction and transmission of forces of the engine, the clutch, the gearing, the brake, and the wheels during the driving or braking or shifting process. and through the dynamics of rigid-body analysis of the vehicle, the paper gets the speed, acceleration and angular acceleration information, the paper gives a particular mention that vehicle's list, pitch effect are all caused by the moment on the center of mass of the vehicle, then the paper discusses the use of Bullet physics engine to achieve the collision detection.And the paper discusses the entire system's framework, the vehicle simulation's flow. After that, the paper discusses the design of semantic model during the development of vehicle simulation system. Finally, the paper gives the results of the vehicle simulation, such as pitch effects, list effects, collision effects and so on.
