The problem of EM scattering from rough surfaces has been the focus of many scientists for years and is used to many regions. The analytical methods are improved gradually from the conventional models such as the small perturbation method (SPM)model and Kirchhoff approximation(KA) model to the recently developed unifying models such as two-scale model (TSM) and the integral equation model(IEM) which is valid in the gap between SPM and KA. Through the improvement of the assumptions of the IEM, we developed the extension advanced integral equation model(EAIEM) and the statistical integral equation model(SIEM) which are more valid through the excellent agreements between model predictions and measurement data for statistically known surfaces. For the other hand, the Banded Matrix iterative approach(BMIA) is introduced as a numerical method. Our method shows better performance using the Taylor expansion replaced by the Chebychev polynomial expansion.
