Scroll machine which possess characteristics of high efficiency, small bulk, light weight, low noise, simple structure and working smoothly etc, is used in supercharged vehicle engine.The research on backgrounds of scroll machine is stated. Stationary plate's back pressure structure is designed and it makes the scroll supercharged vehicle engine's structure become compact. The top of trough's seal structure is designed in order to increase the life of the scroll supercharged vehicle engine.Based on the structure of scroll supercharged vehicle engine its performance is analyzed. According to the work characteristics of scroll supercharged vehicle engine, the thermodynamics model is build up. Analyzed the model and got the scroll supercharged vehicle engine's thermodynamic process. The scroll supercharged vehicle engine's leakage is discussed. Build up the leakage model and analyze it. The scroll supercharged vehicle engine's mechanic characteristic is discussed, establishing the calculation of axes- pressure,tangency-pressure and radial-pressure.The scroll supercharged vehicle engine's performance guideline is discussed in this paper and designed the test-bed of measurement in scroll supercharged vehicle engine's performance. The theoretic power and reality power of scroll supercharged vehicle engine is analyzed and discussed the influence factor on scroll supercharged vehicle engine, it can provide valuable guarantee to the scroll supercharged vehicle engine.
