IP-SOFC has become the focus of researchers for its characteristics. Aiming at IP-SOFC, First, this paper made an academic analysis of electrochemistry. Second, three-dimensional model is established to study the heat and mass transfer phenomena of reactive gas in the anode, current density changing along with the temperature and consistence of fuel is chosen here to calculate the source of mass and heat produced by the electrochemistry in the interface of electrolyte and electrode. The distribution of temperature, velocity and current density was obtained by solving the control equation. Finally, integrated polarization model of the SOFC cell was established, performance of the SOFC cell was analyzed here, the variety law of output voltage was concluded by experiments, and the result was validated by experiment. Simultaneously, effect of fuel entrance velocity, porosity and percent opening was analyzed in this paper.
