Since boundary element method generally adopts approximate numerical integration, to gain accurate numerical solution, we should study and sum up different algorithms improving calculation precision. How to choose appropriate element and its interpolating function is important. This paper goes deeply into studying the problem of second-order element's integral precision in BEM in three-dimensional electrostatic field. We compile the second-order element algorithm for BEM analysis calculation software. This paper introduces the curve quadrangular BEM in three-dimensional electrostatic field based on spherical system and annular system.By using linear element, second-order element, curve quadrangular element based on spherical system and curve quadrangular element based on annular system fitting and meshing electrodes variously, this paper carries out computations using four algorithms for BEM to compare their performances on precision.
