As the electric power load and the difference of the peak and the low-valley are increasing, in order to ensure the security on electrified wire netting, it is important for the power station to adapt the request of peak shaving; and so as to ensure the security on electrified wire netting. The single unit capacity is also increasing, and the bigger units have been taking part in shaving the peak, so the life problem of large steam turbine rotor is of great important to ensure the safe and economic operation of the power units. This paper calculates the temperature field and the stress field of 600 MW steam turbine rotor during cold startup,hot startup,warm start-up and sliding parameter outage with CAE software ANSYS, farther more, it also calculates the low cycle thermal fatigue life consumption of turbine rotor with CAE software MSC.Fatigue.
