It is one of the most challenging subjects to try different methods on the object with time-varying, nonlinear, varying parameter, which present in the industrial process. Variable structure control with sliding mode (VSCSM) has the peculiarity such as reduced order, better robustness and quickly response and it has been broadly used in the field of control with the development of computer technology and the produce of high-speed switch circuit, but it is few applied to complex process systems. In this paper, VSCSM method was used to control the complex process object and the application of VSCSM was especially studied.First, the design for variable structure of temperature control is presented in accordance with varying parameter having no the disturbance in this paper. The simulation curves show that variable structure control toward varying parameter possesses has better robustness and speediness than general PID control, which has the significance of actual production.Secondly, according to the design for control quantity U, seeking improved arithmetic control with sliding mode under the disturbance condition. According to the analysis of simulation curves and the contrast between PID controller with disturbance feed forward compensation, it can be concluded that the method of control not only has better robustness to the disturbance and varying parameter, but also better robustness to the disturbance and varying parameter and simple realization applying to the system with strict demand on the range of export parameter under variational condition.Finally, the fuzzy control and sliding mode control are combined together to reduce the quiver. According to the simulation results, we can conclude that the fuzzy sliding mode control has the performances of better robustness and good smoothness, at the same time, it can increase the dynamic nature of the system greatly.The researches of the thesis are experiment and exploration for the application of Variable structure control theory, and provide a new idea and experience for solving control of complex temperature object.
