Jilin to Hunchun highway is one of the main arterial roads in the the northeastern region of our country, is the traffic thoroughfare of developing the economy and strengthening national defense construction. As highway network developing, the geological environment of the mountain highway problem increases prominently. The article takes specific geological environment of Hunchun in Jilin expressway to Yanji of as a backdrop, focuses on soft rock slope of the (Taiyan mountain on the 2nd PASS), uses geological analysis and numerical methods to do comprehensive evaluation for deep cutting expansive soft rock slope stability. Based on this, study on the control strategies and measures for the comprehensive management.This article sums up slope protection and management measures of the status quo at home and abroad for the first. Through numerous study on landslides and slope reinforcement treatment, summarize application scope of the various strengthening measures (Ecological Protection Act, hydrology, geometry, chemical and mechanical), especially on the mechanical method of retaining walls, sliding pile, Prestressed cable, Box berm, spray-anchor Custodian, micro-pile group, reinforced soil reinforcement Act, the Land Consolidation Act nails, SNS Flexible Protection Act, its application and features are discussed in detail. Summarize the different lithological slope reinforcement and landslide control engineering practice. Especially discuss the prestressed cable technology for a more detailed classification and application.Then the article sums up the slope reinforcement project design method. Make sure the design principles, glossy rock shear strength, design methods and their application for a total of four of detail. Especially state in detail large deformation nonlinear design and describe the methods of design characteristics, Mechanical design elements and the design sequence are put out.Finally the article by investigating and analyzing a lot of slope stabilization and landslide control measures at home and abroad, combining with a large number of reinforcement examples, put forward analog reinforcement measures for the classification of Jihui highway slope. Detailed study on the Taiyan mountain on the 2nd Pass expansive soft rock slope reinforcement and strengthening design in Yanbian region. According to the slope of Taiyan mountain on the 2nd Pass slope stability evaluation results, use FLAC (the software is the American University of Minnesota and the United States shares Itasca Advisory Group limited to rock mechanics and engineering applications development continuum finite difference program, geotechnical media for simulation of nonlinear mechanical behavior of large deformation). Do numerical simulation for the slope of the optimization program, in considering the drainage rate and the impact of seismic intensity, use SARMA to design the force which slope reinforcement required, offered a expansive soft rock slope compensation structure coupling protective measure and the measure which the strengthening of the structural measures required should meet the four requirements :â‘ Section coupling;â‘¡Strength and stiffness coupling compensation;â‘¢Compensation process;â‘£Strengthening thestructure is capable of regulating the expansion and contraction cycle effect of functions.Based on the study above, put forward nonlinear large deformation and mechanical design and protection and management procedures of compensation structure of the comprehensive protective measures by using mechanical design countermeasures,process optimization and optimal design for Jihui highway soft rock slope and the implement measures to reinforce the four key technologies : reinforcing anchor piles; Anchor + framework for a permanent beam reinforcement technology, cable selection pressure scattered new type of cable; several high-pressure phases grouting technology; anti-end drum set anchor piles.The article has come to the following conclusions by the study above :1) Through studying on numerous landslides and slope reinforcement of governance measures, summary various measures to reinforce the scope and the project management practices of different rocks and landslides slope reinforcement. Especially discuss about the classification and application of prestressed cable technology.2) By studying on the expansive soft rock slope, put forward a reinforcement method for expansive soft rock slope method coupling with compensation measures. The measures require four main areas:â‘ Section coupling;â‘¡Strength and stiffness coupling compensation;â‘¢Compensation process;â‘£Strengthening the structure is capable of regulating the expansion and contraction cycle.3) For the soft rock slope in Jihui highway, using the mechanical design countermeasures, Process optimization and optimal design of nonlinear large deformation mechanics design method and implementing measures to reinforce the four key technologies.Based on the research, recommend the following further study :Propose that before conducting the expansive soft rock slope, we should first conduct field tests, Anchor is primarily for the construction process and anchoring test. By this test study,we can provide reasonable drilling technology, cable structure types, Mechanical design parameters and to make a reasonable period for cable reinforcing engineering, in order to make slope anchorage design and advanced technology economically rational. Testing items include drilling and reaming technology, anchor of friction with pull-out test, cable tension variation with time test, the surrounding soil anchor pier scope deformation tests and other ancillary test. In auxiliary test, the physical and mechanical properties testing and grouting material ratio and mechanical properties testing should be involved.
