The study of solar cells is always one of the hot points in research fields among the countries, and how to fabricate the low cost solar cells is much more important. Utilized the low cost materials to make high efficiency solar cells is also the goal of all the scientists pursue. In this thesis, we fabricate the organic polymer solar cells with low cost materials, based on PANI and TiO2. Although the efficiency is not very high, we still give the detail study of this structure solar cell from the synthesis of materials, the chose of optimization parameter, and the fabrication technics. We also get some meaningful results.In this thesis, at first we give a brief introduction on the synthesis of the PANI, we use the proton acid doped method to get the polymer materials with high conductance. And we also give the necessary description on its absorbance characteristic, surface appearance, and conductance characteristic. Based on this kind of organic material, we discussed the preparation method of TiO2 solid film, the fabrication technics and flow of the solar cell. Moreover, we discussed the different infection on the solar cell's open voltage and short current with different methods of preparing the TiO2 solid film, and we also find the best thickness of the TiO2 solid film. At last, we discussed the stability of this kind of organic solar cell.Even more, we also discussed the infection of absorbance on TiO2 solid film when doping with different materials. Concretely, we discussed the PEG doping, Fe iron doping, Ni iron doping, and we give the device characteristic measurement under the condition of PEG doped. And we also give the necessary description on its surface appearance; meantime, we get some good results of it. At the mean time, we also give some discussion on its open voltage, short current and the stability of the device, get some meaningful results.At last, we also discussed several other kind structures of solar cells, mainly focus on the fabrication of different counter electrodes. Although a lot of work is still needed us to complete, we believe the research of solar cells based on organic polymer solar cells is a hot point in nowadays even in the future. We hope our study will bring some benefit on the research field of organic solar cells.
