As an important branch of MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems, MEMS), microfluidics analysis technologies is in its early period of vigorous development stage. Microfluidics chips integrated the functional components, such as micro-electrode, micro-channel, micro-pump, micro-value, into the substrate on the micro system using microfabrication technology, mainly to analyze chemical and biochemical analysis, based on MEMS processing technology micro-channel network structure in the microfluidics technology. The development of microfluidics analysis technology significantly ahead of theory, the literature reports a large number of microfluidics system, and the theory is yet be used to guide microfluidics system design an integrated comprehensive theory. Theoretical research has become important research directions of microfluidic analysis. Microfluidics system parameters and fluid state of theoretical study and analysis use to explain and optimize the existing microfluidics system and reduce the periods of research and development, meet the increasing demands of application areas.Computer simulation technology is an important trend of the microfluidic technology theoretical study. Computer Simulation is major guiding significance of microfluidic chips and the quantitative analysis of flow path and the actual chip manufacturing and functional analysis. Microfluidics computer numerical simulation methods used CFD technology to solve are currently in use, CFD (computational fluid dynamics) is a computing technology of study fluid dynamics. The use of CFD research to establish the model of fluid dynamics model used for calculating, can be analyzed in the study of fluid dynamics model, and thermodynamic behavior.As the development of MEMS and microfluidic chips, the research aboutmicro fluid is becoming a sticking point, which has great significance to the control of micro fluid and design optimization of micro fluid devices. Many softwares for fluid analysis are based on macro fluid theory. Because of the influence of factors such as solid boundaries and surface tension on micro fluid, the result that computing by the existing softwares varies with the experiments result.Numerical simulation play an important guiding role in software design and development. Despite the numerical simulation of large-scale software system for the need to spend a lot of funds and manpower resources, and the pilot, the numerical simulation software can be used to copy transplantation, repeat use, and appropriate changes to meet the needs of different situations. If designers as engineers, simulation software is excellent assistant engineer. It can be designed to control the many complicated to complete the work and hard to achieve "success" results.The paper analysis and review microfluidics simulation softwares and microfluidics fields of literatures overseas and inland, summed up the microfluidics simulation software in the structure, properties and characteristics of the status quo, problems and trends of development. Based on the methodology and demand characteristics of building micro-fluid dynamics simulation software above, microscale fluid against the numerical simulation of the. Related to microfluidic supply a new method and new tools of digital chip and optimization design. This paper takes Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics introduced to microfluidics dynamic simulation software, presents the thought of modeling computing courses, develops a micro-fluid dynamics simulation software framework. The overall software from the former processing module, compute module, Post-processing modules.In the development fluid dynamics simulation software, using C + + Builder and MATLAB mixed programming, developed electroosmotic flow calculation module of micro-fluid dynamics simulation software. Mean while, shear cavity flow module based on the shear flow algorithm-smooth particle hydrodynamics (Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics, SPH) method is described in detail, and the preparation of an independent procedure of the algorithm. On the basis of theory and methods, used Borland C++ Builder as a developmenttool, based on the cases with object-oriented software development methods, realizing self-development of micro-fluid dynamics simulation software. And through some simple examples preliminary test the feasibility of the software, availability and advantages, software enables users familiar with the basic operation.
