| With the passage of time , more and more existing structure would been enter its aging peorid and the reliability down, how to strenghen the structure is a profound problem which we have to face.However, the structure's reinforcement is haphazard at present and the reliability research after reinforced of the structures is fewer, make the reinforced target ambiguity and make constuction incorrect, so it is necessary to reaserch the factors which effect structure's reliability after strengthened, ascertain more scientific and more economic method,improve the structure's relibility and efficiency of reinforcement.This paper according to the basic principle of reliability, combine with engineering example,analysis and discuss the reliability of RC beams which are consolidated, provide a strengthened design thoughts on the ground of different use targets,thus we can give suggestion for strengthened design,make the strengthened work rationalize further.Basic principle of reliability is detailed in this paper, including basic principle of member reliability and system reliability,descrip the difference between strengthened member and design member, through checking exsiting structure,the resisting force model and load model for multiple are created, achieve the limited state equation; the statistical parameter of flexural calculate model on RC beams strengthened is given after analyzing the lots of experiment results, get calculation uncertainty statistical parameter of rectangle reinforced concrete with steel plates ,and supply calculate information for reliability of building structure .Take RC beams strengthened with steel plates for example analysis the variatation between fore and after of beams consolidation ,discuss the factors (resisiting force and load ) which effected beams with steel plates reinforced,then find the main factors which effect beams's reliability ,at last ,provide suggestion for the strenghened construction.
