Screw Compressor Vibration Malfunction Analysis And Diagnose

Screw compressor is widely used in the chemical industry, if not judge mechanical operations timely and accurately, it will increase more failure and influence the life expectancy and the normal operation of the turbine. If in the process of equipment production, operation and maintenance and a series of activity like that, with better monitoring and fault diagnosis methods and tools, can reduce the losses to a large extent, also safeguard the safety of production. Based on the screw compressor failure analysis, this paper constructed a cough compressor vibration fault knowledge of the fault tree, and build a screw compressor vibration fault diagnosis expert knowledge base in a linked list form, after analyzing vibration frequency of the screw compressor, diagnostic according to the characteristics of fuzzy neural network system and expert system with neural fuzzy effective combination of the typical screw compressor fault diagnosis. Has proposed a screw compressor vibration method of fault diagnosis accurately and laid a solid foundation in theory of online monitoring and diagnosis of the actual project .
