With the increase of high structures and incessant use of underground space, deep foundation pit appear largely, the shoring of it is harder than before. In the engineering practice presently, one it appears huge waste and another the accidents happen continually in the deep foundation pit, the reason is various, but finally it happens because the designers don't consider all the factors when they design it. The deep foundation pit engineering is the hot matter in geotechnical which are cared by many people, the shoring of it wants to meet the need of safety, construction convenience and economical, the design is the key. Now the form of the shoring is so many, how to choose the most suitable one of them by factual condition which is called project optimized is become the focus. This paper first uses theoretic analysis method to explain the theory basis of deep foundation pit and uses practical results to validate the theoretic analysis results, than use the FLAC numerical analysis method to analyze the projects which are be chosen, and select the most optimum scheme, finally support the design, construction and inspect method for the most optimum scheme. Take the deep foundation pit in Chengdu for example, it synthetically considers the factors of this practical engineering as geological condition, load and so on, then give the suitable project for it. Last it also says the emphases and something must be noticed in design, construction and supervise of this engineering. In the choice of the shoring of deep foundation pit, it must base on the engineering condition and adopt the theoretical and numerical analysis methods to get the optimized project. It support some conclusions for engineering later.
