Ultra-low altitude remote sensing technology has the character of high resolution of objects on the ground, so it has greate significance to the inspection of fileds' illless and insect pest. This Paper is based on National "863" High Technology Research and Development Plan projects Precision Agriculture and Digital Agriculture, and research on GPS ( Global Positioning System ) and UAV ( Unmanned Aerial Vehicles ). It mainly researches on Differential Global Positioning System and Control Methods of UAV and digital signal process relatively. In detail, it includes:1. The research of cheap DGPS systems. Using NOVATEL Company's ALLSTAR and SSII OEM GPS receiver as a target, and research on the special digital process protocol, then we use SSII BASE receiver as a basement, and use SSII as a rove, we research on Position Differential Positioning GPS and pseudo-distance DGPS, besides, we try to used CDMA and GPRS as a data link of differential data.2. The basic research about the control method of UAV. Deduced the helicopter's dynamics functions, then put forward the functions for the ultra-low altitude aerial vehicles, Based on the functions, we used PID control methods to control the helicopter, and simulate the result.3. The research of the key control equipment. Research on using MSP430 MCU to realize the rotator controller, and completed the controller; and by using PC104 board and 8254 timer, we write the program of device drivers on the WINDOWS XPE computer system to control the rotator directly;4. The research on the data process and control arithmetic. Using the fuzzy control on the control methods, and apply the KALMAN filter wave on the measured information and combined navigation;...
