The three-dimensional numerical simulation of spray in diesel engine is a developed subject. The numerical simulation is not only based on common theories and methods of CFD, but also establishes the unique models and skills. As an available method for complex phenomena and data field, the technique of visualization has become a hotspot in engineering research. The spray characteristics in internal-combustion engine need to visualize in order to understanding the process of motion and optimize the computing model.Current CFD post-process is lack of the quality of real-time display and the reality. According to the model of the computing simulation, calculation results need to be made into some form of visualization by applying graphical display. So all the visual attributes of visual objects are used to represent the simulation results and then all the visual objects are put into the virtual project scenes. The automatic modeling by program is modified. The detailed research has been taken on the real-time and 3D-visualization on system which united with the numerical simulation, including data transport for the real-time display and the calculation and the real-time display of 3D environment. The paper is based on 3DS MAX and Max Script. In the simulation of the spray droplets by the graphical function, analyzes the influence on the quality of the real-time. Also it establishes the GUI to control and display. A new system of the spray-visualization is achieved, which improves the quality of the real-time display and the reality. As a new kind of technology, the 3D visualization presents a magnificent way to demonstrate by visualization the numerical simulation results.
