After changing the electric conductivity of infiltrated motar, the graphite slurry infiltrated fiber concrete (GSIFCON) is configured using the processing technique of SIFCON, as well as taking steel fibers and graphite as conductive media in this paper. The electric conductivity and alert performance are studied. Moreover, for the aim of requirements for the application of projects, the capabilities of self-sensing , self-diagnosing , self-adapting et under different loading states are investigated. The four parts of this paper are listed as follows:1. In the conductivity test of SIFCON, the paper studies several different methods of measure, to select the best method, which could be better in measuring fractional resistance increase of GSIFCON and be suitable for projects, and does the initial preparation for the using of the study in projects.2. During the pressure test of prizmoids made of GSIFCON, the paper measures the fractional resistance increase of GSIFCON in the middle of prizmoids by the electrode boards buried in advance, and compares it with displacement , longitudinal strain and lateral strain, then gets the conclusion: GSIFCON has the capability of sensing compression stress.3. During the bending tests at the trisection point of short beams made up of concrete and GSIFCON, measures the fractional resistance increase of GSIFCON in the top and the bottom of short beams simultaneously, and compares them with load, flection of the middle cross section and the health of short beams, then gets the relation between them. The results of the tests show that, GSIFCON has the capability of sensing tensile stress.4. Replaces concrete in the top and the bottom of reinforced concrete girder with GSIFCON, and buries the electrode boards made by stainless steel cloth in GSIFCON in bending parts and shearing parts at the same time. Load reinforced concrete girder under monotone loading, circle unequal loading and equal load times without number, to simulate the different situation which could be met in using, and study the capability of GSIFCON in sensing displacement, flection, strain and health of beam. The results of tests tell us that, GSIFCON has good capability in sensing the health of structure.
