The purpose of the paper is to study how to design, to build and maintain the concrete structure in secure, durable, reliable and suitable use, thus greatly reducing engineering project accidents.For a long time exposed to the natural environment and service, the concrete structure may gradually get older, damaged, even destroyed, which would undermine the structure's using function and security. For that, the paper offers the examination methods and the assessment procedures to the already built buildings, by means of which we may forecast their residual service life. While for the newly being built buildings the paper not only introduces the guarding technology measures of the managing sites, but also provides how to design durability structure, and to construct reliability project. This paper touches on many science theories such as the concrete material durability corrosion theory, the structure reliability design criteria, the structure maintenance and reinforcement and so on, all of which analysis and application methods are playing key roles in actual engineering constructions.Thinking that the concrete structure durability is more complex, involves widespread science fields, as well as technology and economy policies, by the paper we may understand the structure durability's technology measures and design methods, so that we could consider how to reduce the construction cost, or to increase investment benefit under the premise that the structure should be guaranteed security and durability.
