Asphalt concrete transfer vehicle is the most effective equipment to solve the non-uniform of asphalt concrete and non-sequence pavement. After the following work done: main machine structure and operational principle design; systematically power match and strength calculation checking; finite element analysis; test and detect, we solve the following key techniques: a. adjustable fast material accepting device; b. material falling anti-segregation technique; c. secondly mixing in store bucket; d. exclusive intellectual far infrared ray heating technology; e.Supersonic auto tracking technology; f. optimization structure and power match of the machine. After machine test and comparison test on construction site, it is proved the machine structure and technical performance is up to the design demands. The secondly mixing of the material in store bucket is evidently good to prevent the segregation of the material. Non-uniform of asphalt concrete and non-sequence pavement is effectively resolved.
