This vibration widespreads, particularly in the manufacturing sector, which is a typical characteristic of Vibrating together with noise generating. This kind of phenomenon harms a lot, which increasing the material and energy consumption, lowering the quality of products and equipment performance,efficiency of production,Life and accuracy; it also seriously endanger work,physical and mental health of the people living in such an environment.However,the generation of friction self-excited vibration is a complex physical natural phenomenon. vibration caused by tribology behavior and noise is one of the most essential and intractable problem in vibration theory and control engineering.Therefore, it is extremely necessary to research the mechanism of the self-exciting vibration and the removing measures.Many academics based on negative damping theories to explain the generating mechanism of the Rubbing-pairs's self-exciting vibration. that is , consider the negative dampling effect as the key of the Rubbing-pairs's self-exciting vibration.But in this paper,we think the concept of negative dampling it drives is from only a partial (ie speed of a side) rather than the overall interests of friction which can't explain some of engineering phenomenon .It is unreasonable and can't withstand certain examination of the practices .Predecessors have found many counter-examples : ordinary oil whose Friction-speed curve has clearly been on the rise aggravates the fiction self-exciting vibration. Instead,Some oil whose friction-velocity curve has clearly been down was able to effectively prevent the fiction self-exciting vibration.The task is to study the friction and the relative velocity and those such parameter's relation in the vibration system; research frictional damping dynamics character from Friction force overall damping character——"associated friction damper" perspective.In this way to explore certain influencing factor's role in the fiction self-exciting vibration. |
