Controlling And Management Of Product Implementation In The Constructing Process Of Cast-in-place Piles

As a kind of deep foundation, cast-in-place piles have been used and developed widely in the world. Though it has possessed a set of better technique, many accidents of project have still been taking place continuously.This paper is purposed to study the following aspects: The principle and requirement of standard IS09001 quality management are applied for controlling and management of product implementation in the constructing process of cast-in-place piles. As a managing technique, ISO 9001 has a good combination with piles construction professional techniques and gives advice to the construction of cast-in-place piles. By the effective controlling and management of product implementation in the whole constructing process of cast-in-place piles, accidents of project can be avoided to occur.From the viewpoints of professional technique and managing skills combined with author's working experiences, the main points of process controlling and management in the constructing process of cast-in-place piles are recounted in this paper and some useful conclusions are listed as follows:1. As a kind of product, total six sub-processes can be divided to execute the constructing course of cast-in-place piles in accordance with the principle of the family IS09001 standard"processing method"quality management. They are the determination and review, plan, purchasing, construction, check and acceptance, after service and so on.2. As to the technological process, total five steps can be divided in the whole constructing process of cast-in-place piles. They are constructing preparation, drilling hole, washing hole, making and installing of the reinforced bar, producing and pouring of the concrete.3. The managing technique is used for the product implementation in the construction of cast-in-place piles. According requirements of the standard IS09001, the whole courses of product implementation in the constructing process of cast-in-place piles are controlled and managed.
