The compressor is the heart of the air-conditioning system, and its performance determines the total performance of the air-conditioning system, so the test of the compressor is more important, especially the refrigerating capacity. The effect of the difference of the concentration of R407C(the component HFC32/HFC125/HFC134a is not 23%/25%/52%) which caused by the technique of the refrigerant production and the leak of the tester on the performance test of the compressor is analyzed.Based on the calculation precision, the simple calculation model is established. We fit their calculation models base on REFPROP data respectively in which MATLAB are used, so we can get more exact numerical values of volume and enthalpy.When the difference of the R407C concentration is less than 5%, which caused the error of the test(calorimetric method,gas flow counter method,liquid flow counter method ) of the refrigerating capacity and volume rate of flow is analyzed.
