In order to guarantee the power system security, economy running, simultaneously causes the electrical to conform to the quality index, The current turbine power unit set widely uses digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH), it already became most important part of power plant automation. The control logic of DEH is complicated, if there are a simulation supporting environment, research and debugging will be done in lab, Grasps the operating characteristic of system and engineering rectifying regulation of the control parameters in advance, determines the control plan and the parameter, thus greatly reduces the time of debugging in the field, simultaneously serviceable to train the power plant operator. So, the simulation supporting of DEH become the object of people.Based on deep study on the control system theory, characteristics and operation-mode of the turbine, this article uses the APROS, an graph simulation supporting environment, which provides automatic control system module for graphic configuration based on modular modeling, take YangZhou No.2 power plant 600MW unit WDPF system as the object, to develop multi-functions simulation machine control system simulation model. The model included speed control, load control, valve management, valves test, RUNBACK, overspeed protection, LDA, CIV, ETS, RSM, MEH, gland seal system etc, discussed the strategy of valve management, RSM, control loop smooth switching with emphasis.After debugging completed, together with the simulation models of the turbine, boiler and electric which also developed in APROS, compose the all-range high-fidelity simulation models. Running data indicate that the control system model design is advanced, reasonable, and the function is unabridged, in aspect on controlled process rapidity, accuracy and stability completely satisfies the 600MW unit scene running requests, which provided the reliable guarantee for the simulation machine control quality.600MW unit is occupying the more and more important status in domestic power system, meanwhile, the simulation models of DEH introduced in this article can be used as a platform for optimizing operation, enhancing performance and diagnosing faults etc, which will certainly to promote DEH widespread utilization as well as the steam turbine control.
