With the development of power system, more and more electric instruments have been put into use so that the structure of the power system becomes more complicated than before. The work load of power cut repair causing by various period repair and new user project has doubled and redoubled. So we need to operate the disconnecting links frequently to change the operation mode. In order to keep the power supply available and keep power system operation in a secure and stable state, The dispatchers must write the correct operation tickets using their abundance experiences and power system and dispatch regulation. But in fact the accidents casing by error dispatch and error operation are about 40 percent of the total amount. So we need a set of effective ways to prevent dispatch errors and operation errors.The paper describes a system architecture which can manage the operation of power system effectively , and make simulation of preventive error operation,application,dispatching order tickets,work tickets of overhaul units,disconnecting link work tickets of operation units in a whole. It is develop on the basis of the knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, network topological and workflow management. It also realizes the automation and intellectualization of production process ; enhances safe working coefficient and working efficient . In the system we can share the data with SCADA and banded with DMIS system. Many functions such as producing tickets automatically or manually, simulation, procedure verify, execution and management are included which users can maintain expediently. The system has been put into use in ChuZhou power system, it highly improve the intelligence and security of the power system operation.
