In recent years, the resuscitation of the shipping give the shipbuilding and ship repairing a new vital force all over the world. With the help of the vital force, a lot of the ship yards of our country have made the progress and the techniques of shipbuilding have been improved. At the same time, fuzzy set theory and its applications to engineering fuzzy design is developing very quickly. Some scholars of my country have made a breakthrough in the domain. From the application aspect, many domains have been made rapid progress because of the hard work of a lot of the scholars and engineers. The application of the fuzzy set theory to the shipbuilding is in the ascendant. From 1985, Chinese boffin in shipbuilding have made many research woks, such as fuzzy optimization of ship structures, fuzzy optimization and compositor of the ship design, fuzzy comprehensive assessment of ship control capability, fuzzy recognition of ship yawp and gained many helpful achievement. In the present more boffins were using the technique in shipbuilding craft and also made progress.This thesis aimed at the existent problem in the craft of shipbuilding, considering the feature of our country shipbuilding, applied the technique of the fuzzy clustering analysis to the design of block shipbuilding and made the detail about the application in practice work by using example. The main purpose was to solve the practice problems in the shipbuilding by using the advanced technique.The thesis first introduced the definition and method of the clustering analysis, especially illuminated the principle of the fuzzy clustering analysis and summarized the main arithmetic of the fuzzy clustering analysis.The thesis made a simple introduction about the task, the detail and the flow of the shipbuilding craft and clarified the detail craft about the shipbuilding block.Then, the thesis applied the theory and method of the fuzzy clustering analysis to the design of the assemblage sequence, and presented the conception of, and indicated the portion method of fitting based on the product fuzzy clustering.Lastly, considering the feature of shipbuilding block and the partition method of applied this method to the design of shipbuilding block technique and discussed the...
