It is very important to set pre-camber of every cantilever properly in bridge cantilever construction. To set pre-camber properly is the guarantee that the end of two cantilever in the same horizontal line, the surface structure of bridge could reach perfect linearity expected under the course of construction and force by vehicles, after upwards and downwards again and again.The setting of pre-camber of bridge is not just related to computing model, but more is to many factors which including first constant load, namely is the weight of beam and pre-stress of bridge, temporary load in construction, base subside, humidity variety, construction errors and so on. There are many illegible and random factors in those main factors. The creep is one of the most difficult factor to determine.There are many theories about concrete creep analysis, the calculation modeling is different which based on different influencing factors. In conclusion, there are two calculation modeling style of creep coefficient: one is expressed by multiplication of different subentry coefficient). Another is expressed by addition of different subentry coefficient.The creep theory and creep mathematic modeling are studied in this paper, The achievements and conclusions are listed as follows:(1) The causes of concrete creep and influence factors are disscussed.(2) The international creep theory and concrete creep modeling are introduced.(3) Creep displacement method and calculation flow are analysed.(4) The LiDong Bridge are calculated by software Midal/Civil,GQJS and DrBridge, which the results are compared. Make the conclusion which the creep effect on the bridge pre-camber setting.(5) The programs which calculate the pre-camber of single box concrete bridge are made, based on structural finite element theory, and the merits and defects are analysed at the end.In Tthis paper, based on practice, the analysis indicates that concrete creep influence bridge displacement too much and can't be ignored.
