Supported by the national physical science major fund project(project number:50238040),the paper researched the creep collapse effect of the concrete structure systematically .It is mainly about the calculation and detection of the creep collapse in the concrete structure and the stress monitoring survey wrought of Chongqing CAI-YUAN-BA bridge, developed a new fashioned sensor which was based on the carbon fibre resin group composite and applied the sensor to the practice.The innovations of the paper is as follows:Begin with analysis the effect of the concrete creep and the method of theoretical calculation, put forward the theoretical analysis method for concrete creep incremental method and proceed the numerical analysis versus the creep collapse in the bridge structure by using the effective modulus method which the age had been adjusted.Through numerical analyzing the concrete which was used the finite element method and combining with some physical problem .it has educed a new method for stress monitoring survey—incremental method and had been proven the validity during the stress monitoring survey wrought of Chong-qing Cai-Yuan-Ba bridgeDeveloped a new fashioned sensor which was based on the carbon fibre resin group composite, analyzed comprehensively the quieting characteristic of this kind of sensor ,such as linearity,sensitivity, null shift and creep collapse. At last it had been proceed the standardization of the sensor.This kind of sensor had been application in measuring the concrete creep in the laboratory, it also had been application in to practice such as stress measurement in the Chong-qing Chao-Tian-Men bridge and made the stress monitoring survey using incremental method in the bridge at the same time. The practicability of such sensor had been pan out with the result, along with it there are some limitations in reality.
