The local water source in the south of our country has low turbidity, high-algae and the micro pollutants generally serious and so on the obvious characteristic and it is the characteristic of Shenzhen source water. The study has carried on the conformity optimization in view of the Shenzhen source water quality characteristic to the ozone-biology activated carbon. The paper has studied following three questions: Ozone - activated carbon movement variable to system movement effect influence, ozonization condition to biological activated carbon on water quality effect influence and optimization, activated carbon optimal and biological activated carbon movement parameter optimization.Has used the orthogonal experiment plan, the dosage of pre-ozone, the dosage of PAC, the dosage of PAM, the dosage of the main ozone and the assignment proportion of main ozone five process variables has made the variance analysis, Through examines of F value, we can get that the dosage of the main ozone and its assignment proportion have the obviously affects to circulation of the system. Take this as the basis, we have conducted the optimized research to the ozone condition, the dosage of main ozone adds the way to select two points with three-points. The experiment indicated that under the same dosage of ozone, three-point mode has the better quality of effluent with the two-point mode. Under the optimized assignment proportion of ozone dosage 4:3:3, the processing unit of ozone biological activated carbon has good purifing effect. The average removal rate of turbidity, CODMn, ammonia are 54.47%,44.10%,29.44% respectively, and the turbidity of biological activated carbon effluent is under 0.20NTU. There is a hoist of AOC value after ozonization, but can be adsorbed efficiently by biological activated carbon, it enables biologically stable water with the AOC value below 50μg /L.
