| Solar greenhouse industry is a high input, high-tech, high-yield, high-efficiency intensive market industries. It can take full advantage of the limited-ray thermal resources through increased ability to regulate and control the subjective, as a weakening of the impact of climate unfavorable factors, and fundamentally change the traditional mode of production cultivation plots, significantly improving crop yields, and quality, cost-effective. Since the mid-1980s, rapid development of solar greenhouse to be fundamentally resolved the problem of the winter of Northeast China's supplying fresh vegetables.This thesis analyses the development of the solar greenhouse, the type of solar greenhouse and crop Wen adaptability, and the heat preservation of solar greenhouse contrapose the trait of our country's greenhouse. This thesis summarizes CFD use in HAVC, the investigation of CFD and the use of CFD in solar greenhouse in the world. Besides, this thesis summarized the research of the wall, the roof and the slipcover of the solar greenhouse in the world.A three dimensional CFD model for the heating solar greenhouse is set up. By using the business CFD software of Fluent, the model is computed with K -εturbulent model. Then internal air temperature distribution is forecasted. With results of simulation compared with experimental data from predecessors have done, the feasibility and veracity of numerical simulation by software of Fluent to solar greenhouse is validated.The simulation of different thick solid wall research shows that if a solid wall in Harbin has been used, 150 centimeter is enough. Studying the simulation of pure brick wall and heterogeneous composite wall, we can see that heterogeneous composite wall's insulation of the heat preservation better than the pure brick's. Studying different roofing materials simulation, wen can see that the insulation of PC board is better than plastic, besides PC boards have longer useful life than plastic sheeting. So from long term perspective, the thesis suggest choose PC boards. |
