Plate heat exchangers are widely used for electricity, chemicals, construction, HVAC and many other industries as they are at advantage of high transmittance coefficient, low investment cost and convenient setting. It has practical significance to mensurate exactly and effectively for the transmittance coefficient and resistance of fluid friction of plate heat exchanger. The existed test-beds have problems of low mensuration coefficient, high mensuration cost, and long cycle.Based on the actual project of plate heat exchangers test-bed construction, this article plays deeply research on thermodynamics system, hydraulic system, mensuration system and control system of the test-bed. The study provides theory guarantee for the test-bed construction and constructive advices for the further improvement.The water-resourced heat pump is first applied as energy equipment in test-bed. The application has maximum enhance the energy utilizing efficiency, largely reduce the mensuration cost, increase economy benefit and provide new way for solve such matters. This article plays theory research on the flux characteristic of three-port seat valves and bring forward the way to calculate the aimed open-degree before change the flux, and the way is applied successfully. According to the characteristic in flux adjustment of three-port seat valves, this article use the incremental PI adjustment algorithms with integral separated functions and proved to be practical control programmer.
