| A great deal of disaster-relief commodities are demanded to cure the wounded and take care of the victims when the calamity happens. So, the rescuers must solve the problem that how to make full use of the finite conveyance to transport disaster-relief commodities, such as drugs,medical treatment equipments,lifesaving equipments,foods,clothes,tents, so as to reduce the loss of disaster area to the lowest. The existing researchs havn't deal with randomicity of vehicle transportation time, priority of different transportation assignments and demands with time-windows when the calamity happens, so disaster-relief commodity transport schedule require research.The characteristics of the vehicle schedule are analyzed. An emergency transport schedule system is designed first. Then, some important problems which the system needs to solve are analyzed, such as: compute the numbers of disaster-relief commodity which the rescue centers need in each period, choice the address of rescue center and compute the vehicle travel time.On the base of rational assumption of the studied problem, a mathematics model on disaster-relief commodity transport schedule is set up and the methods of calculate the variable are given. The object of the model is making full use of the conveyance to reduce the loss of disaster area caused by scarcity disaster-relief commodities to the lowest. Stochastic travel time and demands with time-windows are considered in the model.The genetic arithmetic suiting to the mathematics model is designed, and the traditional genetic code, fitness function computation, genetic operators are ameliorated. At last, a case is given, and the infections of punishment coefficients in model and arithmetic controls parameters for the result are analyzed, and it proves the efficiency of the model and the arithmetic. The researchs above can provide scientific foundation for the government getting a reasonable vehicle schedule when disaster happens. |
