With the development of science and technology, civil structure is developing in large-scale and complexity, and the space structure of large span has constantly emerged. Large-span structure has complex shape and indeterminate load, which makes the computational model can not respons the real case, so the health monitoring for large-span structure is hot in recent research. Wind load is the dominant force on large-span structure, and the identification of wind load playes an important part in the health monitoring for large-span structure, so wind load identification of large-span structure is valuable in theory and engineering application. Stucture health monitoring system of roof space truss structure of Shenzhen citizen center is the first intelligent structure health monitoring system of large-span roof space truss structure in the world. This paper studies on the fluctuating pressure time-history identification with the background of this system, and the fluctuating wind pressure on the roof of Shenzhen citizen center is identified.In this paper, we do some research in mechanics on the proper orthogonal decomposition method. Some factors influencing the identification accuracy are analysed, which are different interpolation method, different structure shape and different number of steps of the proper shape used to identify the fluctuating wind pressure. The paper addresses Coherence Weighting Interpolation method thinking about the space correlation of each node under the fluctuating wind pressure. The method is testified by simple structure form. Previously we used the distance between measured point and interpolated point as the weight to do interpolation. The method addressed in this paper has better accuracy and applicability for the space correlation is considered. In the fluctuating wind pressure identification of Shenzhen citizen center, several distribution schemes is compared by Modal Assurance Criterion, and the best scheme is dicided. At last the identification of fluctuating wind pressure of Shenzhen citizen center is completed successfully.
