Simulation test flatforms, as the key equipments in hardware-in-the-loop simulation in aeronautics and Astronautics fields, play an important role during the development of aerocraft. Velocity performance is one of the most important specifications of the flatforms and there are many factors to degrade the velocity performance. In this paper, sampling jitter and its effects on the stability and velocity performance of the system are discussed for ET108B simulation test faltforms.Firstly, the mechanism model of brushless DC moment motor system is established. Secondly, considering the operation modes of the flatforms, effects on system velocity caused by sampling jitter are analyzed by simulations, it can be concluded that improper commands are the dominant one to deteriorate the velocity performance. The effects of random sampling jitters on stability and velocity performance of the system are also researched in this paper. After discussing the limitations of Control method, it is pointed out that the only way to solve the problem is to introduce more rational scheduling algorithms to minimize the sampling jitters. Thirdly, the application of RTX in the control system are discussed in this paper. Based on RTX, control systems have much more better performance than the ones based on Windows and the sampling jitter problem can be solved effectively. Lastly, on full-digital control scheme is presented, digital controller is designed and the practical system is realized and debugged successfully.
