The electrolysis power is the important load center in power system and the hotspot contents of electrical academe internationally. Probing into new-style inversion system and inversion mode is, also, the research direction of FACTS in international scope.The situation of 3 machinery groups'parallel operation is adopted by the refined aluminum workshop in GUIZHOU BRANCH CHINA ALUMIUM CO. LTD and three-phase five-column transformer's co-phase counter parallel is adopted by every rectifying machinery group, as is the first practically reliable operation's system internationally. This system functions is efficiently, precisely, dynamic response rapidly and steadily, which is the newly topological alternative of circuit, the new-style electrolytic power source and exploits the new field of the design of the electrolytic power source.According to the practical project, the mathematical model of unit three-phase five-column transformer is inducted in this paper, the transformers of this project are designed and calculated, the operational mechanism of the controllable rectifying system of three-phase five-column transformer's co-phase counter parallel with double anti-star is analyzed, it is testified that three-phase five-column transformer is capable of making use of zero sequence reactance to produce equilibrium voltage in every bridge of selenium rectifier, which makes the controlled silicon of selenium rectifier achieve working module in 120o turn-on, namely continuous conduction mode. And the simulation model of the controllable rectifying system of three-phase five-column transformer's co-phase counter parallel with double anti-star is brought forward according to this, and the similarity of actual system and simulation model is argued from line side and valve side.Secondly, the current ripple coefficient in DC bus is analyzed under the rectifying working state of unit machinery group in this paper. The curve diagram of ripple coefficient is presented under the condition of trigger angular variation.
