The railway signal computer-based Interlocking system is used in the railway signal field to control the signal equipment of station and to ensure the traveling safety and improve the transportation efficiency. The 6502 electric centralization and the computer-based interlocking system with relays as executive machine is widely used in the field of railway signal controlling now. The development of electronic computer-based interlocking system is late relatively, and the mission module structure design of system needs further improvement, so this kind intellectualized implementing system is direction of development of future computer-based interlocking system.The research work is based upon the railway station signal implementing system, the paper presents an implementing system structure, the design of embedded safety fault-tolerant processor is discussed in detail. As well, the reliability and safety are also expounded and analyzed. The main research works in the thesis are as follows:1. Based on related references, development of railway signal computer-based interlocking system and implementing layer of system are summarized, analyzes the essentiality of electronic implementing system structure and kernel processor design.2. From the angle of fault-tolerant technology, and based on the hiberacrchy of general interlocking system, analyzes the structure of double 2-vote-2, primary technology function and technology capability foundation of the implementing system.3. The fault-tolerant technology and fault diagnosis technology are studied in detail, and presents the realization method for hardware and software of embedded safety fault-tolerant processor.4. Based on the research of system reliability theory, the author analyzes the reliability and the safety of kernel processor design.At the conclusion of the thesis, based on the research work, this kind embedded safety fault-tolerant processor of railway signal electronic implementing system accords with the requirement of railway operation and speed-up safety in the new period.
