Optimization Research On The Technology Of Making Domestic Water

On the base of experiment and theory analysis, the filtration property of double-deck filtering material and uniform filtering material were studied. The air-water backwashing were studied at the same time. The double-deck filtering medium consisting of anthracite and arenaceous quarts, the diameter are1.12~1.38mm and 0.8~1.0mm, 2.0~2.3mm respectively. The uniform filtering medium'diameter is 1.0~1.8mm. The satisfactory results have been obtained as follows.In the aspect of filtration(1) The amount of flocculation agent, the turbidity of water, the velocity of filtration and the composition of filtering medium and major factors that make a great effect on filtration property.(2) In double-deck filtering medium, the light filtering medium is mainly in charge of intercepting sludge and the heavy one is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of effluent.(3) In direct filtration the quality of effluent of the double-deck filtering medium is prior to the uniform one's, but in other aspects the later is prior to the former.In the aspect of backwashing(1) The improper parameter of air-water backwashing leads to the thorough mixture of filter bed and the filtering medium washed off.(2) In order to solve the problem of the filtering medium washed off and the thorough mixture of filter bed, the pulse backwashing is need to the double-deck filtering medium.(3) To prevent the waterpower classification, during the uniform filtering medium backwahing, the strength of the final backwashing only with water needs to control.(4) In backwashing, to get the good result, the double-deck filtering medium needs definite preset water level.(5) In pressure filter backwashing, the exhaust pip's diameter is too small, which is the major factor that makes the anthracite washed off.
