Cellular automation is a kind of very effective tool to study nonlinear complex systems in many research fields and it has an extensive application in future. Cellular automation model is discrete in time, space and its state and has been applied to traffic flow study recently and we have found a series of cellular automation traffic flow models. Due to their parallel computation algorithm, distinction of physic picture and flexibility to design model, the cellular automation traffic models have been utilized to study many traffic phenomena and we have attained a lot of achievements. Based on predecessors' works, this paper studies problems of one-lane and road networks, considering properties of real traffic flow.Firstly, this paper considers drivers characteristic by introducing different deceleration probability for different type of drivers in the NS cellular automata model for single-lane vehicle traffic flow, aggressive drivers are characterized by a smaller value of the deceleration probability, careful drivers are characterized by a higher value of the deceleration probability. We study the properties of the mixed traffic flow which is composed of aggressive drivers and careful drivers. The proportion of aggressive drivers amount and careful drivers amount and their deceleration probability influence on the critical density and the traffic flow greatly, this result offers an explanation which is dispersed distribution of data on traffic flow base diagram.
