| Due to complications of the construction for large continuous box beam bridges, it is necessary for monitor control to assure structural stress, elevation and construction safety. Based on the summary of the construction control technology and its development tendency, the construction simulation analysis, monitoring, feedback analysis, alignment control and Management Information System for main bridge of S249 Su-hong North Road are introduced in the paper.By use of the data of concrete in-sit creep test and Dr. Bridge FEM Software, the simulation analysis model is used to analysis the deflection, stress during the construction. The theoretical results of simulation analysis are introduced. The construction monitoring system including structural stress (strain), deflection and temperature of segment concrete is carried out, the monitoring and effect factors results are analyzed, and some control methods are suggested. To forecast formwork Elevation, modified Least-square Method and Recursive Least-square Method are adapted; the result of alignment control is satisfied specification and closure precision. According to structural characteristic of mass concrete of 0~# segment, the first stage is using ANSYS software to simulate the temperature field for mass concrete construction temperature control, and it is concluded that the temperature control is suitable for construction in winter. Secondly, a semi-empirical formula is suggested for alignment control during the construction. The Management Information System of main bridge of S249 Su-hong North Road is introduced. |
