The theory and soft-switching technology of Phase-shifted ZVS PWM DC/DC full-bridge converter including two clamping diodes are present in this thesis. In comparison with the original Phase-shifted ZVS PWM DC/DC full-bridge converter,this converter not only realizes ZVS for the lagging leg over a wide range,but also restrains the parasitic oscillation and the voltage ringing of the rectifier diodes in the secondary side of the converter. And the author analyzes experimental waveforms and debugged waveforms,validates the theory about converter.The peak-current-mode control about full-bridge converter is discussed in this thesis. We can draw of the small signal model and the slope-compensated rule about the converter, discuss the peak-current-mode control and voltage-mode control, design the compensated network of the full-bridge converter about the peak-current-mode control.Based on the theory about converter,the author designs 220V/10A engineering sample power supply. It supplies the design and practical parameters about the main circuit,control circuit,driving circuit,protect circuit and average-current circuit, it is very important for the design about practical power supply.In the last, the author analyzes the wastage about the converter, analyzes the wastage about switching component and magnetism component, tests the performances about the engineering sample power supply. |
