Based On Fluvial Process Sand Extraction Planning Of Xin River In Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province

Based on the scope, principles and tasks of river sand extraction planning ,the paper stresses on establishing river mining plan, which will play an important role in enhancing the management of river sand extraction and regulating river sand extraction order,rectifying illegal sand extraction activities, providing the decision-making authority to ensure the safety of river flood prevention.The knowledge of the River Bed Evolves was used in the article to sections of upstream and the downstream of the Yingtan,Xin Jiang, it obtains the reasonable formulation to pick the granulated substance to plan imperative.This article draws following conclusions: (1) Yingtan governs the river course to occupy middle and lower of Xin Jiang, after many years flood-control works construction, both banks have the embankment, the river course is smooth, but there is still big beach not having been carried on mining. (2) the mining way of the present river course picks is systematic characteristic insufficiently, miners abandon the material to pile up at will, make the river bottom uneven, increase the river course roughness coefficient, and affect traveling flood. (3) there is big beach along not being mined at present, the resources may use. (4) the present paper explains the area of endures picks and picks is relative. Along with the river course unceasing change, quantity of various sections of river silt also changes.
