As the connection between transmission network and consumer facilities, the level of distribution planning directly affects the reliability and economy of distribution system. At present, the request of consumers and the economic benefit of utilities have been both improved. So the planning of distribution has been paid more and more attentions. How to balance the satisfactions of both economy and reliability is a difficult problem in research of distribution planning. More over, the optimization of tie lines is often done after the distribution network planning at before, so it is hard to get a perfect planning. That is to say, the integrated planning of distribution is urgent needed to supply the utility convenient support for decision making and will bring considerable economic benefit and social value. This paper mainly researches on two-stage distribution planning and integrated distribution planning on the basis of multi-objective and mainly includes several aspects as following:First, this paper analyzes the influence on the distribution system reliability index imposed by tie lines. A calculating model is put forward to calculate the integrated reliability indexes of load nodes in the distribution with tie lines. Then, these reliability indexes are used to calculate the outage cost considering different types of loads. A economic evaluation model for the distribution reliability is set up. The validity and feasibility of this method are demonstrated by the simulation analysis. Then, a multi-objective two-stage distribution planning model based on fuzzy satisfaction is put forward. The whole distribution planning is divided into two stages which are the network planning and tie-line optimization. In these two stages, the planning models with three different objective functions are formatted. These three objective functions are optimization of economic cost, reliability cost and both. Ant colony algorithm is applied to resolve the problem. The case analysis shows that multi-objective planning considers the mutual coordination between economy and reliability, balances the satisfaction between the two and gets the best plan. Finally, a multi-objective integrated distribution planning model is put forward, in which network structure and tie-line placement are decided at the same time. The paper also chooses ant colony algorithm to resolve this problem. Furtherly, a multi-objective integrated distribution planning model in which the mode of tie lines is determined by the reliability is put forward. The...
