Supported by the research project of key technologies of Changjiang Tunnel Engineering in Wuhan, we firstly study the characteristics of the silt and silty sand in engineering place, based on triaxial dynamic test. Then the transverse dynamic response of shield Tunnel under certain seismic waves is analyzed. Based on the theory of random vibration, the stochastic earthquake response and dynamic reliability of shield tunnel are studied by using the method of probability analysis in this thesis. The content of this thesis include:1. The significance of the research work, the key points and existing methods of seismic analysis of shield tunnel are briefly summarized, as well as current study situation of dynamic reliability of underground structure.2. The shear modulus and damp ratio characteristics of typical strata are achieved in the dynamic test, based on GDS triaxial dynamic system. Meanwhile, the liquefaction strength of silt ④6, silty sand ⑤1 and silty sand ⑤2 are also studied.3. Three man-made earthquake waves are composed with the exceedance probability of 10% and 3%.By studying the stress and strain response of shield lining, we can estimate its work state.4. Fast Fourier Translation and FRF of impulse function are applied to research the transverse seismic response of shield tunnel, with step-by-step integral procedure being compared. Then we use JC method to analyze the dynamic reliability of Wuhan Changjiang shield tunnel.In the finality, the main work of this paper is summed up, with the problems requiring further studies discussed.
