As the development of the city and the increment in the level of our life, it is difficult for us to find a car parking area. So it is a tendency for us to use the underground space. In the country, underground parking area is still a new type of building, so it is different in the design between the usual building and underground parking area, and the most important core problem is design of uplift pile.As this background, the article put forward research of incorporate design method for underground garage, and the most important core problem is rational design of uplift pile. In the essence, this is a problem that how to achieve rationality, economy, safety in the design of underground parking area.This article review the research about uplift pile inside and outside of country, on the base of it, the article put forward research of incorporate design method for underground garage, some aspects included as follows:1. the principle about the single uplift pile of deformation and bearing capacity: analyzing the principle about the single uplift pile in dragging load, and the calculating about ultimate bearing capacity of the single uplift pile.2. the principle about the uplift pile groups of deformation and bearing capacity: elastic theory method, shearing displacement method.3. with the help of finite element method: introducing that base principle of finite element method, choosing the model of foundation soil, building the model of finite element for uplift pile.4. with the help of optimum design steps: limit different settlement to smallest, in order to reduce the number of piles at all; in accordance with the usual form of loads, put forward that the optimum design steps for the uplift pile groups.5. verifying the two methods in a project example: making comparison and...
