Photocatalytic reduction as a method of advanced oxygenation is characterized as no second-time pollution, small selectivity and good efficiency when compared to traditional water treatment which has been widely researched in treatment of undegradable pollutants and considered as a valuable and perspective water treatment technology. This research is based on the glass Fiber net which is able to bear high temperature and easy to transform and it is used to be the material for supported TiO2 through sol-gel method for the treatment of the water polluted by surfactant.During the research of producing TiO2 films, it is found out that the proportion of the ingredients in sol-gel liquid has a great impact on TiO2 films and the parameter of producing TiO2 films can radically effect the structure of TiO2 crystal which is very important to the activity of TiO2. So after the several experiments, some key parameters are ultimately decided of which the proportion of volume of every ingredients in sol-gel liquid is (C4H9O)4Ti : CH3CH2OH : H2O : HNO3 =8 : 72 : 1 : 0.05. The TiO2 films should be aired after spreading sol-gel liquid on them, and then be calcined for 1.5hrs at 500 ℃. The whole process of the producing should be carried out for three times. On the base of self-produced TiO2 films and black light as ultraviolet lamp-house, the research of influencing factors of the removal of surfactant in polluted water has been carried out through lab experiment. And it can be concluded that:(1) Layers of TiO2 films: under the condition of this experiment, the best quantity of layers should be three when considering the balance between the rate of utilization of the light and volume of catalyst and it has the best removal rate of surfactant which is 85% in 100min.(2) Light Intensity: when increasing the light Intensity, the catalytic activity and reaction rate can be enhanced. When the scope of the light Intensity goes between 0.25mW/cm2 to 0.55 mW/cm2, light intensity and the constant of reaction...
