With expanding of electric power system scale, demands to reliability are higher and higher. Voltage collapse has become one of the important problems, which threatens the running safety in large modern electric power system. It's important to study static voltage stability.In this dissertation, the principle of judging Static voltage stability based on the generalized Tellegen's theorem is analysed. When current of the exciter of any generator slop over limit, impedance of the generator will be added into network equation. A new analysis method of impedance module is presented considering impedance of the generator. When the branch power slop over limit, the network equation will be restructured. A new analysis method of impendance module is presented considering the branch power restriction.A new method of forecasting quickly stability margin is presented based on the impedance module method of generalized Tellegen's Theorem. The network side equivalent impedance module is calculated quickly through the generalized Tellegen's Theorem and the modification theory of the compensating method network equation, so the speed of forecasting stability margin is improved.Through the example of IEEE-11 and IEEE-30 typical system,the availability of the discussed methods in this dissertation is approved.
